For the supplier whose quality is unstable and repeat the same problem, we will exchange or eliminate the parts, and disqualified the supplier.

3. We carry out the first inspection system for self-produced parts in the company, that is, when a batch of parts are being processed, the operator does the self checks, then sends them to the quality control inspectors, and controls each other in order to prevent the batch of non-conforming products, and to carry out mutual inspection in the process of working. That is, the next process before processing check the quality of the previous process, the process of mutual supervision, quality information transmission and feedback.

4. the finished product assembly, we pay attention to every detail, as small as every burr, every grain of ash must be cleaned before assembly. The machine precision is strictly according to the technical standard and technological process for assembly and debugging, And according to the inspection standards for acceptance, so that unqualified finished products will never leave the factory.

5. If the customer makes a complaint, even if it is a small problem, we also send after-sales personnel to the customer factory to deal with it in the first time, and let the problem be solved in time.
